Shipping & Returns

AUSTRALIA - Drama Queen Nails ships nationally via Australia Post.  For packages containing nail polish shipping is via road. For packages that do not contain nail polish shipping is via air mail. Most orders are delivered in 2-5 business days.

LOCAL PICKUP - Orders placed through the website are available for collection at our office location on the following business day. The address for pickup will be sent to you via email once your order is placed. Our office is located in Wacol, Queensland, Australia. Please note this location is not a shop, just a parcel pick-up facility. 

INTERNATIONAL - We will ship to ALL countries. Flammable items (nail polish, nail polish remover) cannot be sent overseas. However all other items are fine. Postage costs will show up automatically using our weight based shipping option on checkout. Parcels are tracked and will require a signature on delivery. Customers will receive tracking details via email when placing an order. Packages do not include insurance. Customers must purchase insurance for themselves if they require extra protection. Opting to not insure your package is at your own risk. Drama Queen Nails will NOT reimburse you for transit loss or damages if you do not purchase sufficient insurance – NO EXCEPTIONS. Purchasing insurance will guarantee a replacement of items that may be lost/damaged in transit OR reimbursement equal to the damaged/lost merchandise. If you choose not to purchase Extra Cover Drama Queen Nails will not grant you a refund or replacement of damaged, lost or stolen items. PARCEL INSURANCE DOES NOT PREVENT YOUR COUNTRY OR POST SYSTEM IMPOSING FEES/CHARGES. Shipping times will vary by country but should be approx.. 10-30 business days. 

The international buyer/receiver is solely responsible for all duties, fees, taxes or applicable charges relating to the package. Drama Queen Nails is not liable for any duties, fees or taxes charged by your countries mail system, government bodies or custom departments. Customers not wishing to pay any applicable charges made by their country on their order will not be refunded in the event the package is returned to us, as we cannot certify the products are sanitary.

Turnaround time for dispatching orders is 1 business day.

RETURNS - Drama Queen Nails takes all efforts to ensure packages are correct. However in the rare instance that a product is incorrect or different from what you ordered DQN will refund the amount of that product to the customer. We will not refund shipping costs or pay for the item to be reshipped back to us. A replacement item will not be sent. If your package arrives damaged, or contains an item that has been damaged in transit Drama Queen Nails will use our discretion to determine if a refund is warranted. If so DQN will refund the amount of that product.  We will not refund shipping costs or pay for the item to be reshipped back to us. A replacement item will not be sent. To obtain a refund the buyer must take a picture of the damaged goods and send via email to

REFUNDS - Refunds are applied via the same method you made your initial payment with (PayPal / bank transfer / cash). We may offer merchandise or unique discount coupon in place of a monetary refund, but this is solely at discretion of management and totally up to the customer if they would prefer this rather than money back.


RESTOCKING FEE - A restocking fee is charge that is applicable to orders that are cancelled either by Drama Queen Nails or the buyer. We only a charge a restocking fee when the order has already been packaged and is ready to ship, or if the package has been returned to us. Our restocking fee is 15% of the total price of the merchandise ordered (shipping or Extra Cover is not deducted from). A restocking fee is subtracted from your refund.

CANCELLATIONS AND ADDITIONS - Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of payment, provided that the order has NOT been shipped.

International orders can receive a refund minus a restocking fee of 15%. Shipping is not deducted from and will be refunded in full.

National parcel orders will receive a refund for MERCHANDISE ONLY minus a restocking fee of 15%. As we use pre-paid postage once it is in the bag we cannot refund for shipping as the satchel cannot be used again.

Order has been shipped - Order cannot be cancelled.

To cancel your order please contact us with your order number and “URGENT – Order Cancellation” in the title.

INCORRECT ADDRESSWe always double check addresses when processing an order. If an address looks incorrect or we feel we should confirm a shipping address we contact the buyer via email provided. Although we do our best on our end to ensure your order arrives to you safely, please always be aware that accurate shipping details are the customer’s responsibility, and we cannot be held liable in the event of a returned package due to incorrect address.

In the case of packages returned due to an incorrect address, it is the buyer’s responsibility to repay the postage fee to have the package shipped to the correct address. When we receive a returned package we contact the buyer immediately. We will then require the correct shipping address and an NEW payment of the shipping fee of which we will invoice the customer. From the time of us contacting the buyer we allow a 48 hour time-frame for a reply and invoice payment, otherwise we reserve the right to cancel the order and produce a refund minus restocking fee for the merchandise only (refund will not include original postage/insurance paid).

NE Queensland: Wide Bay area, Capricorn Coast, Mackay, Townsville, Cairns.

Delivery time: 2-3 business days depending on dispatch time.


East Coast and SE New South Wales: Northern Rivers, Coffs Harbour, Port Macquarie, Newcastle, Central Coast, Sydney, Wollongong, Canberra.

Delivery time: 2-3 business days depending on dispatch time.


Victoria: Albury, Bendigo, Melbourne, Geelong.

Delivery time: 3-4 business days depending on dispatch time.


SW South Australia and Tasmania: Adelaide, Launceston, Hobart.

Delivery time: 3-7 business days depending on dispatch time.


Regional Territories (less populated areas, central  and western Australia etc): Includes NW QLD, NT, WA, Central and Northern SA, Western NSW.

Delivery time: 5-7 business days depending on dispatch time.

Please be aware delivery time-frames are a guideline only. Your parcel may arrive sooner or later than outlined above, depending on season, weather etc.

If you think your parcel is taking a longer time than usual please CHECK YOUR TRACKING. Go to the Australia Post tracking site here. Use the tracking number that was sent to you from Australia Post at the email address you used to place your order. The tracking number will allow you to see the location of your parcel as it's in transit.
