The item I want is out of stock, how long will it be until you restock?

We restock regulary so usually it's only a week or so before we have new stock.

I want a polish that you don't stock at the moment, can you get it for me?

Yes! We have access to a large range of China Glaze, Orly, Color Club, Seche, Misa, Out the Door, Zoya and other polish collections. Please email us with what you are chasing and we will do our best to find it for you. Prices may vary depending on where stock is sourced from however we will inform you of the price before proceeding with the order.

I have a gift certificate or coupon code, where do I enter the code?

Before checking out view your shopping cart - there is a box to enter coupon and gift card codes.

I am a beauty blogger, are you looking for bloggers to review any products for you?

Yes! Please contact us via any of our social media sites or send us an email outlining how you feel you could help us promote Drama Queen Nails. We prefer to work with Australian nail bloggers so Aussie girls please hit us up.

Do you have a shop that I can visit?

At the moment we operate mostly via our online store. We do however do local markets across Brisbane and surrounding areas. We advertise when these markets events are happening on our social media sites so please follow us to keep up to date.

I chose the pick up from store option, when are you open for pick ups?

Our office is located at Wacol, Qld, Australia. You can pick up your online orders between 7am - 3pm Monday to Friday. We will email you with the address details once your order has been put through the online shop. Please note this office is not a shop, just a pick up facility. You can browse our products online or at our market events. If you have any questions about any products please contact us via our social media sites or email. We read these everyday!

My parcel hasn't arrived.

Please see our shipping & returns page for information on how you can track your parcel and delivery timeframes. At peak mail times like Christmas, parcel delivery times can take longer than normal, please be patient, we can track your parcel and help you to locate it. 

I want to pay via credit card, is there an option?

Yes. By checking out with Paypal there will be an option to use your credit card.

I used bank transfer, do I need to send you a receipt?

No, your order will be processed and sent without you needing to send us anything. However if you would like to speed up dispatch you can screenshot and send us a picture via email of your bank transfer receipt. Some banks will have a 2-3 day lag on processing payments so if you need your goodies ASAP we are happy to send with proof of receipt.

Are your nail parties and workshops for children or adults?

Workshops are aimed at 14+ to adults. We can tailor the ability level to suit each workshop however a basic understanding of painting nails is recommended. Come to us with a design to learn or we can come up with something fabulous to teach you and your friends!

Nail parties for younger children 5+ can be arranged. We will come to your party and paint a small selection of designs for $20/pp. We can do pop up events for business launches and special events. Please email us to inquire. 

I am having trouble using my stamping plates, can I return them and swap for something else?

No, sorry. Once you have used the plates they are unable to be re-sold so we cannot accept returns. Please see our shipping & returns page for more information on how refunds work. If you are having problems stamping please head over to our blog or Facebook page and watch some "how to" videos. Check that you have removed the clear or blue plastic film from your stamping plates. Use pure acetone to clean your plates and stamper/scraper. Please contact us so that we can help you further.
